Free bet on Uruguay vs Ghana: low-scoring game?
So - have you got your World Cup free bet on yet? If you're looking to bet on tonight's game, then the bookies have placed Uruguay as favourites to go through - I'm not so sure. Ghana beat a very solid USA side last weekend, and Uruguay just about saw off South Korea, who didn't convince. They do believe it's their year (just like England did), but there's a lot about this game that says it's going to be tight.
So I'm plumping for a 1-1 draw which is rated as 5/1 by Paddy Power, and if it turns out to be 0-0, then you can get your money back with their famous money-back specials, guaranteeing no bore draws will ever cost you money.
It's also 6/1 that there will be no goals, which is equally tempting for those who think that it will turn out to be a cagey match.
That said, at this stage of the tournament, it's hard to predict what's going to happen, and Argentina - Germany tomorrow is one of those games that nobody really dare predict. If the Germans are as good as they looked against England, then they've got every chance of getting past Argentina, who will be looking hard at the Brazil - Holland game and thinking that it could just happen to them. The Argentines will remember four years ago and should know that the best sides don't always get through. Extra time is a real possibility in that one.
Finally, Spain have to beat Paraguay - they simply have to. So 2-0 is the result I'm plumping for there - I've already got my own Paddy Power account, but if you haven't got one, then get it with a bet 10 get 20 free bet special offer - just select your match and your scoreline in the handy little calculator up there to the right, and see what you can win.
If you have - there's loads of other free bets on the right. Just pick one, have a look at the bookie, sign up and get your free money.
