Will Spurs actually get relegated?

Following the weekend action and wins for the big four teams there is little or no change in the odds for the title race with Chelsea maintaining their favourites tag with Paddy Power at 10/11. Man United are next best at 15/8.

The race for relegation is much more wide open with Stoke’s home victory over Spurs leaving Paddy Power feeling a little uneasy about their decision to pay out after just one game on Stoke to be relegated. Spurs fans are equally worried that their team’s relegation odds have tumbled from 7/1 to just 10/3.

In the Heineken Cup both Munster and Leinster threw down a gauntlet and look to be in comfortable positions. They have shortened in the betting to 9/2 and 11/2 respectively behind Toulouse who remain 10/3 favourites.

There’s Champions League action to look forward to this week, the highlight of the round is Man Utd at home to Celtic.
