Can sexy Christine Bleakley dance to victory in Strictly Come Dancing? Odds are she won’t…

Now if there's one thing that makes me turn on BBC1 in the evenings, it's the One Show, with that belle of Northern Ireland, sexy Christine Bleakley. She had a tough act to follow after Myleene Klaas, but the Belfast bombshell has made it 30 minutes worth watching again.

However, watching Strictly Come Dancing is another thing. I've successfully avoided it for long enough - despite the excellent Brucey hosting it - but wherever there's a betting opportunity and a chance to watch Bleakley in action - well maybe it's worth a peep.

This year's (ahem) star-studded line-up includes Gillian Taylforth, who is a very good value 5/2 to get turfed out of the next show with Skybet (I advise you to take that one), John Sargeant, famous for, erm, a few appearances on the One Show as a little fat man, Jessie Wallace, famous for being on Eastenders or something, and the odd obligatory sports star. Austin Healey is a massive 3/1 favourite and as he's also an Evertonian, I'll back him at those odds. Our Christine is 10/1 to win it - and 10/1 to get eliminated next week so unfortunately she's not much of a favourite with the bookies for anything yet.
